How Consent Is Collected

Duchesne AI operates an AI receptionist ("Halo") that answers inbound calls and books appointments on behalf of home-service businesses. At the end of each booking call, after confirming the appointment details, the AI agent reads the following verbal consent script to the caller:

"Before we wrap up — would you like to receive a confirmation text at the number you just provided? By saying yes, you agree to receive appointment reminders by SMS from this business. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe."

What Customers Consent To

• Appointment confirmation SMS sent immediately after booking
• Appointment reminder SMS sent 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Messages sent from the business's dedicated Telnyx toll-free number

Opt-Out

Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-outs are honored immediately and no further messages are sent.
